After years of providing friends, family, and workplaces with her assistance and organizing skills, Jen Heale formed Neat – Nelson’s first organizing and de-cluttering service in 2007. She attended Kootenay School of the Arts and has a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. Jen has been in the customer service industry for over 23 years, has a diploma in Management, and is associated with Professional Organizers of Canada.
Along with being educated and well versed in business, Jen says it is her own real life experience that has provided her with the best insight. Assisting her husband at running his contracting business, being an entrepreneur, managing her home and two rental units, and being a mommy, she knows all too well how integral being organized is to the inner peace and tranquility in ones home, office or any space we spend our time. Jen’s experience has led her to expand her vision; teaching at Community Futures, sharing her vision and skills through workshops, blogging, social media and working with groups such as Red Hat Society, Government of Canada, Selkirk College to name a few.
One of my favorite quotes says Jen is “Clutter is not just the stuff on the floor. It’s anything that stands between you and the life you wanna be living.”
